How fast am I live on my real Sage 100 data?
Your scoped reports are running on your real Sage 100 Contractor data within 48 hours of a signed contract. If we miss that window, your setup fee is refunded in full.
What does the one-time setup include?
Setup covers connecting your Sage 100 data and building your scoped reports, plus a one-time bundle of custom development hours by tier: 6 hours under $30M revenue, 15 hours for $30M–$100M, and 40 hours for $100M+. The hours are consumed during setup — they are a one-time bundle, never a monthly allowance, and do not roll over.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel any time.
What's the Found-Money Guarantee?
On Get-It-All plans, if we don't find at least $2,000 in missing change orders, mis-coded equipment, aging AR, or lien/bond filings within your first 60 days, your annual subscription is refunded — and you keep every dashboard. Explorer (single-user) has separate terms.
Do you touch or change my Sage data?
No. DataXcel is read-only reporting over an outbound-only secure connection — we never write to your Sage 100 Contractor database.
What if I only need one or two reports?
DataXcel Explorer is our single-user plan: full data-warehouse access and the report builder for one seat. It includes no custom development hours; any custom work is scoped in writing per project.
What happens after my included setup hours are used?
Additional custom work is billed hourly, and every request is scoped in writing before we start — so you are never surprised by an invoice.
We're mid-migration or switching servers — should we wait?
No. Reconnecting DataXcel after a server move is roughly a 10-minute job on our side, and we do it free. Start now and keep your reporting baseline through the move.
