Deposit holds your seat for 7 days while we scope the engagement on a demo call. Credits 1:1 against the setup fee at contract signing. If you don't sign within 7 days, the deposit is automatically refunded and the seat releases — no questions.

How the deposit works
- Refundable. Bail at any point in the 7-day hold and you get the full $500 back, original payment method, within 5 business days.
- Auto-refunds if the tier is full. We only collect deposits against available seats. If you try to reserve when your tier is at capacity, the deposit is refunded immediately.
- Credits 1:1 to the setup fee. Sign within 7 days and the $500 comes straight off your setup fee — it's a head start, not an extra charge.
- Auto-releases the seat if you don't sign. 7 days with no signed SOW → deposit refunded, seat reopens for the next prospect.
- The full Refundable Setup Guarantee (read the SLA) still applies after you sign — your setup fee is refunded if we miss the live-data or first-dashboard windows.
